Rider Rankings
PLEASE NOTE:
All rules and regulations in relation to ranking and upgrading can be found in our Technical Rules (pages 21,22,23). Click HERE for our 2013 Technical Rules Document.
Any rider thats wants to be included in the rankings must hold a 2013 Full Competition licence.
From the 1st April 2013 no one day licences will be available for road racing. All riders wishing to take part in road racing will need to hold a Full Competition Licence.
If you have any ranking queries, please email: grading@cyclingireland.ie
NOTE: If you have accumulated enough points to upgrade to a higher racing level, you must race in that higher category as soon as the points threshold is reached. When you reach the points threshold for an upgrade you do not have to contact us, we will process your new licence and send it out to you directly with your new race numbers. Your upgraded licence may take a number of days to be issued to you, usually within 10 days of the points threshold being reached, but it is the responsibility of the rider to be aware of the points thresholds for each category and to race in the appropriate category even in advance of receiving the new licence. Upon receipt of your new licence and numbers, please ensure your old licence and number are returned to Cycling Ireland by post at the earliest convenience.
