The details of the Irish Sports Council Carding Scheme for 2015 can be found at here. Any athlete who believes they have met the criteria are asked to complete an application form, complete with evidence demonstrating how criteria was reached.
Completed forms should be submitted to Brian Nugent via email to brian@cyclingireland.ie by Dec 29th.
No applications will be considered for those who have not met the published criteria..
