The Cycling Ireland 2016 EGM will take place in the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Santry, Dublin on Saturday the 18th of June.
The purpose of this EGM is principally twofold;
1. To accept the 2015 statutory accounts and,
2. To adopt changes to the Cycling Ireland Memo & Articles required by the new Companies Act from 2014 and others which The Board is recommending.
