The first race in this year's Invacare Paracycling time trial league takes place on the 25th of February. There will also be training days around the country throughout the year with the first taking place in the Phoenix park in two weeks time Saturday the 4th of February meeting at 11.45 am next to the papal cross

All welcome and support will be available.
Bring: change of clothes. Wet gear. Spare tubes etc.
This will be a friendly spin with possibly a number of groups and a chance to catchup and meet riders for advise/updates/tips etc. This is the first of a number of training days planned that we will host around the country
The training will be structured on the day with numbers ascertained closer to each training day.
Finish no later than 2.30 in time for everyone to change and get home at a decent time.
