February can be bleak, and drain you of your motivation. 


Sometimes new year's resolutions don't go quite to plan, and the January blues take over, parking your "new year, new you" goals.... 


That's where #2828 comes in - our 28 Day February Cycling Challenge.  This is a personal challenge where you aim for a minimum of 28 minutes of cycling every day for the 28 days of February. If you can't cycle every day, why not throw in a bit of cross training: running, walking, swimming, weights, circuits, rowing... whatever it is that gets you out and about getting some fresh air. Turbos and spinning bikes are allowed also!
