Week one of the 28 Day February Cycling Challenge has been going great! Already we are seeing ups and downs, with some finding it easier than they thought, and some a little tougher! We have people adapting the challenge to be relevant to them, and others have literally dusted off their bike to do something that they normally don't do at this time of year! 


Unfortunately there have been a number of people hit with sickness or injuries at this stage. So we asked Alan Heary, mental fitness coach with Going in the Zone (for which you get a €100 voucher as a Cycling Ireland member) what kind of challenges he thinks people might be faced with, and how they can deal with them!
