TV highlights of An Post Rás na mBan 2014 will get their first airing on British Eurosport on Sunday evening. It was originally scheduled for the afternoon ahead of the Tour of Lombardy World Tour event.
The half hour show will feature highlights of all six stages in the five-day race which ran from September 10th to 14th in County Clare.

The top Irish women's multi-day cycle race, including stages taking in the epic scenery of the Burren and the Wild Atlantic Way coastal route, attracted riders from 14 different nations to Ennis.

Sunday's first broadcast slot comes between live coverage of the Tour de l'Eurometropole and the Tour of Lombardy and is the first of several transmissions of the show which was produced by Eurosport cycling commentator Declan Quigley.
British Eurosport Managing Director David Kerr said, “We are delighted to bring coverage of Rás na mBan to our viewers again. Cycling is a key sport for the channel and continues to grow in popularity.”

British Eurosport is available on BT TV, Sky, Virgin Media and UPC Ireland.
An Post Rás na mBan race director Valerie Considine said:

"I'm very pleased that we've been able to renew our involvement with British Eurosport again in 2014. Thanks to generous support from our sponsors we are looking forward to again bringing the event to wider audience with this broadcast."
