Last Saturday Bike Fest attracted almost 3000 people to St. Anne's Park in Dublin. This is the fourth year that Cycling Ireland has held its annual Family Cycling Festival, to coincide with the launch of National Bike Week.

The aim of Bike Week is to get more people on bikes - with hundreds of free events being held nationwide.

Bike Fest saw a constant flow of children roll through the park last Saturday, between 11am and 4pm, sampling all the cycling zones, while also enjoying the live entertainment and food stalls.

Here is a summary of the day in pictures, thanks to Black Umbrella Photography.
