Brian Nugent was awarded Philips Sports Manager of the Month, for the month of February, in an Awards Ceremony in Dublin yesterday (11th December). 

Nugent received the prestigious award on the back of a successful year as the Head Coach of Cycling Ireland, in particular on the back of the fantastic Gold and Silver medal won by Martyn Irvine at the Track World Championships last February, where Caroline Ryan also placed 5th in the Individual Pursuit.
