Chapter T1 Licences.

Point 3. Event licences available after 1st August.

Point 5 c) New criteria relating to the composition of composite teams.

Point 5 d) New conditions re use of guest riders.


Chapter T3 Upgrading.

Point 3 e) A2 riders with insufficient points may only downgrade with approval of National Grading Officer.

Point 3 f) A1 riders with insufficient points may only downgrade with approval of National Grading Officer.

Point 4. IVCA members must also hold the appropriate CI licence to compete in CI events.


Chapter T4 Gear, Distance and Competition Limits.

Article 3 Youths and Juniors General.

Point 6. Juniors can now be upgraded from Good Friday and may ride over the junior distance limit.

Point 9. Youth riders are now strictly forbidden to remove both hands from the handlebars when crossing the finish line but under certain circumstances may remove one hand.


Chapter T8 Track.

Article 12 Points Race. Point 4 .Number of points in last lap now doubled.

Article 13 Kierin. Numerous changes re distance, line up at start and passing of derny.

Article 14 Team Sprint. Point 9 Regarding change over.

Article 15 Madison. Points 5 .& 6 Re points allocation.

Article 18 Omnium. Point 1 Re events now in omnium. Point 7 Non finishers classified.

Article 20 Tempo Race. Completely new event.


Chapter T10 Championships.

Article 1 National Championships.

Points 19, 20 & 21. Covering the awarding of national championship status to women in their 40th year and over in road race.

Point 39 Separate factor tables for the different disability classifications.
