Cycling Ireland Support A Lust For Life Rising 2024
Cycling Ireland is proud to be supporting A Lust For Life’s challenge – The Rising 2024.
The concept of The Rising is simple - Rise Up for Youth Mental Health with A Lust for Life!
Following their 2023 challenge Bressie and the team are back together, and this year they want everyone to ‘rise up’ with us for Youth Mental Health. The Rising will raise vital funds for A Lust For Life's early prevention schools programmes, teaching children from a young age how to enhance and protect their mental health.
This September, Niall ‘Bressie’ Breslin and his team will embark on “The Rising 2024”.
The challenge begins with a six-day kayak down the River Shannon, followed by a 110km cycle from Limerick to Killarney and to finish a climb up Carrauntoohil.
The challenge will take eight days and is all to support A Lust For Life’s mission to ensure every child and young person in Ireland gets access to our schools mental health programmes.
