The first of the Cycling Leinster Training days for the 2018 season will be held on Sunday the 4th February in Bray. The session will start at 10 am at the Bray Wheelers clubhouse, which is just off the Boghall Road, Bray, Co. Wicklow.

This training day is open to all Leinster youth and junior riders. We are particularly interested in meeting Leinster Junior riders who intend to ride the Junior Tour so that we can discuss plans for the year with them.

Youth Riders (boys and girls) will be selected at the training day for the National Youth Academy Camp in Castlebar on the 17th/18th February. To be to be eligible for consideration for the National Youth Academy Camp, riders must attend this training day. We in Leinster have been asked to select up to ten riders from each age group, i.e. under 12's, under 14's and under 16's.

More information will be furnished about this camp as soon as it comes to hand. The training day will start with some short talks, including talk on plans for 2018 and will be followed by a road spin, which will be broken down into age categories etc .

If you are interested in attending, please let either of the under-signed, either by text or email know as soon as possible and at the latest by Monday, 29th January at the latest as we need to know numbers.

As always, we are looking for leaders to accompany the cyclists and if you are interested in doing this please contact either of the under-signed.
