Academy Training Camp
The Munster Academy will be holding a training camp on Saturday & Sunday the 5th & 6th of December.
The academy is be open to all Munster riders age 12, 14, 16 along with Junior & U23riders.
These camps are part of the program for riders looking to get selected for Provincial squads & also riders looking to get selected for Irish squads in 2016.
Saturday 5TH
Will be open to youth riders 12, 14 & 16
Sign on will be at 12.30pm, Kanturk Velo Park,
The day will involve; Bike skills, Track riding & Bike maintenance. 1.00pm to 4.00pm
Sunday 6TH
Will be open to youth riders 12, 14, 16, Junior & U23riders.
Sign On: Kanturk Rugby Club, Time: 10am & roll out at 10.45am sharp
The day will involve a road session for each of the age groups in the morning.
The afternoon season will contain a talk on nutrition & a presentation on the importance of exercise/stretching for cyclists. This will be held in The Edel Quinn Hall Kanturk.
Showers will be available in the Kanturk Rugby Club.
Sign on fee is €10 & this will include lunch.
All riders planning to attend need to register before the date of Wednesday 2nd Dec.
