NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2014 Annual General Meeting of the Munster Executive will be held at 7:30p.m on 7^th October in the Charleville Park Hotel

The business of the Annual General Meeting shall be
a)      To consider the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting.
b)      To receive and consider the annual accounts. 
c)      To receive and consider the financial statements of the province for the previous year.
d)      To elect members of the Board,
 

 
The following three Board positions, having all completed their two year term:  Each of these newly elected positions will be a two year therm.
1.       Secretary; currently held by Kevin Hayes

2.       Treasurer; currently held by Kevin O'Callaghan
3.     Calendar co-ordinator; currently held by Tom Shanahan

 
Nominations are invited for the above posts on the attached nomination form (Nomination of board members) , to reach the Secretary of Cycling Munster by Monday 29th September 2014.by email or by post to:

e)       To approve the principles of the following year’s budget.
