Dear Cycling Ulster Club Secretary & Members,
Following the recent Cycling Ulster AGM, some anomalies arose in the election process, and on seeking advice from Cycling Ireland, the recommendation was that an EGM be held to re-run the election of officers for the province.
Therefore an EGM has been scheduled for Monday 7th December 2015 in the White River House Hotel, Toomebridge at 7pm.
Voting delegate numbers will be the same as the original AGM on 24th October.
A nomination form can be found at the bottom of the page HERE, by 5pm Friday 27th November. and should be returned by email only to Geoff Liffey (CEO) geoff@cyclingireland.ie The Subject line should be “Cycling Ulster Executive EGM Nominations”.
"For guidance on how best to complete the nomination process it is suggested that the following process is followed:
The nominee fills out the nomination form with his/her name, license number at the top, ticks the box(s) for which position(s) he/she is interested in and signs it at the bottom. He/She then scans/photographs the form and presents/emails it to a club they believe will support the nomination. That club prints the form, signs it and emails it on then to Cycling Ireland for the attention of Geoff Liffey as per instruction above."
