The Emerald Fund has announced new criteria for 2017,with overseas based riders who compete on the road in the U23 category qualifying for the fund which was established by Etixx-Quickstep Professional Dan Martin, Irish cycling commentator Cian Lynch and David O'Connell.
Applications for the 2017 season will open on Monday 28th November.

Note, the closing date for applicants is the 18th December 2016.
