On the 24th of September 2017, up to 6,000 cyclists will set out from Smithfield, Dublin, for the third annual Great Dublin Bike Ride. In partnership with Sport Ireland, Dublin City Council, Healthy Ireland, Fingal County Council, Cycling Ireland and Meath County Council, this is an event for cyclists of all abilities with a 60km and 100km route to choose from.

Last year’s event sold out, so avoid disappointment and register today for the only cycling event of its kind to happen in Dublin!

Starting in the heart of Smithfield, cyclists will travel out past the historic Four Courts, then onto the North Wall Quays and the environs of Dublin. The 60km route passes through Baldoyle, Portmarnock, Malahide, and Swords. The slightly more strenuous cycle of the 100km route, passes areas of Ballyboughal, Naul, and Garristown. All participants will then finish in Smithfield.

All entrants will receive a sporting Great Dublin Bike Ride tech top, bespoke medal and goodie bag. There will be three feed stations available for riders as well as medical & mechanical support and two service stations, along the route.
