Please note that there will be another National Youth Academy (Leinster) Training Day on Saturday the 23rd April at The Sports Centre, Seaview Avenue, Arklow, Co. Wicklow, starting at 10.30 with sign on from 9.30 am. Again, it covers a wide range of topics including a "bike-build" , where a new frame will be fitted with parts of a groupset. This is also an ideal opportunity to learn basic bike mechanics and is especially geared towards budding mechanics of all ages.
There also will be coaching from very experienced road racing cyclists. This is the opportunity to ask questions !!. There will also a classroom session and an outdoor skills, that everyone seems to enjoy.

Please note that the the training days are open to coaches from clubs that do not have a youth section at present but are interested in developing one. Training days are open to all youth cyclists, whether interested in racing or not.
