The Senior Omnium Championships are taking place next weekend at the Sundrive Velodrome in Eamonn Ceannt Stadium Dublin. Racing takes place on Saturday 17th June with competitors from right around the country attending.
Over the course of the day the riders will be competing across 4 events per category. With National titles and medals up for grabs, everything is to play for throughout the day in the Scratch, Elimination, Tempo and Points races.
Speaking ahead of the Championships, Track Chair Jen Sheridan said “This will be a great day of racing, we are delighted to see riders from the High Performance Team coming along like Lydia Boylan, Felix English and defending champion Fintan Ryan.”
