Recently Cycling Ireland have appointed new office administration staff, who will be working with members, club officials and commissions with licence renewals, club affiliation, event applications, and insurance. 

There are now three full-time staff members based in the front office of Cycling Ireland, who will be the first point of contact for you, the members.

Here is a quick introduction to David Mullin, Lawrence Salonen and Fintan Sealy. 



DAVID MULLIN

David has been working in Cycling Ireland as Administrative Support for several months, and has been an integral part of the transition of the online membership system from Etain (the old provider) to Azolve (the new provider). Previously David was self employed running a courier company for 5 years, after working in IT in network and systems administration, help desk support and system testing. David is a keen sportive cyclist and will be competing on the track and in road races in the 2014 season.

LAWRENCE SALONEN

Lawrence previously worked for companies including Bank of Ireland, AIB and AA Ireland, before completing an MSc in Sport Management in the University of Stirling, Scotland in June 2013. After graduating Lawrence did a 6 month Marketing internship before joining Cycling Ireland. Outside work he rides off road, coaches rowing, and does a bit of running along with following Formula1”.


FINTAN SEALY

Fintan is currently doing an internship at Cycling Ireland, as part of his degree in DCU. Hi is currently completing an eleven month placement as part of the third year of his course, which is in Marketing Innovation and Technology. He role as marketing assistant covers a broad range of marketing responsibilities. Outside work Fintan regularly Kitesurfs at Dollymount Strand and Sutton beach, and is interested in health and fitness, so exercises regularly, as well as being a leisure cyclist.
