For the past four years the ‘OldVelos’ group have prompted a vintage cycling event in the character of the L’Eroica (https://eroica.cc/) events which started in Italy over 20 years ago. The event has been growing and this year had entries from the UK and Italy.

Next year’s event, which is scheduled for the earlier time of 14th July 2019, looks like being even bigger so watch their website for more details. (This event is one of the nominations for Cycling Ireland Leisure Event of the year 2018).
