The Paracycling Commission will be having a training camp on Saturday the 11th of October headed up by Development coach Cathal Miller in Clonaslee near Tullamore starting at 11.30am at the hall in Clonaslee taking in some of he climbs up the slieve bloom mountains and having a talk in the evening about nutrition and winter training followed by the Sean Kelly tour of the midlands the next morning in aid of The Irish Heart Foundation.
Directions are Clonaslee hall 200 yards on the left up the Hillside road off the R422 mountmellick to Kinnity.
