Sports for Disability Inclusion and Awareness Training

Does your club or organisation strive to be inclusive of people with disabilities but you  don’t have the confidence or tools to do so?

The free training   will exam the perceptions of people with disabilities and barriers that may prevent their inclusion in society by examining the local and  global perspective. It will then continue to provide practical games that are inclusive of people with disabilities that can be used in all Club settings.

To mark International Day of Persons with Disabilities 2015: Inclusion matters: access and empowerment of people of all abilities.

Plan International Ireland in collaboration with the CARA Centre and UNESCO/IT Tralee are facilitating a one day training on Saturday 12th December 2015. If you are 18 years or older, a Youth Leader or Volunteer with a  Sporting Club this training should not be missed.
