Cycling Ireland have nine riders competing in the 2017 UEC Track Elite European Championships which take place in Berlin, Germany from the 18-22 October. The team is a mix of experienced, decorated riders like Mark Downey, Felix English and Lydia Gurley, as well as junior graduates JB Murphy and Xeno Young.
