The Womens Commission are hosting a Camp for under 16 Junior and 1st yr under 23 women in Kippure Adventure Centre co Wicklow.
The Camp will run over three days Mon 30th June Tue 1st & Wed 2nd July and morning of 3rd July
There will be Training spins , mountain biking and racing both road and track so sonething for everyone.
The camp will be self catering
With Top nutritionist Beth McClusky on board good nutrition will be taught throughout the weekend.
