“I am absolutely delighted” she said, “I was pretty stoked to have taken the win, it was my first race back after time off due to injury and to have won against some strong, fast women I couldn't be happier. Thanks to all the people that voted for me!".

The winner of the Male Rider of the Month for July is Robin Seymour (Team WORC).

Robin earned the award for July based on his excellent performance at the World Masters Mountain Bike World Championships in Andorra. He won gold in the XCO Male 45-49 category taking his total number of World Masters titles to three.

“I’m delighted to win this accolade” the Team WORC rider said, “Cross country mountain biking rarely receives the plaudits and is sometimes a bit below the radar...it's fantastic to put it in the spotlight. I'm proud to have brought the masters world title back to Ireland for the third year in a row.”

Seymour was also keen to highlight the achievements of other rider’s competing internationally including Colin Ross who won a gold medal at the DH World Championships. He also added that he hopes to continue to inspire others to compete at this level.

Martin has been involved in the off road commission for a number of years and has been nominated based on his commitment to the off road discipline.
