An Post Rás na mBan, the marquee event of the women's cycle racing season, needs your help.

The top International stage race is moving to Kilkenny for the 2016 edition which runs from Wed 7th to Sun 11th September.

It’s a hugely prestigious event run by volunteers which has been bringing top class international bike racing to Ireland for 11 successive years and carries the torch handed on by other women’s international stage races which have been running since 1986.

And it’s all taking place in Leinster, less than an hour from the M50.

We’re looking for volunteers to help marshal
at junctions for the stage five criterium on Saturday evening when hopefully most of you will be free of work commitments.

If you have time available, can carry a flag and look good
in hi-viz we’d love to hear from you.

There are other roles which need filling such as making
and distributing food which would be a great help and you’ll be helping to perpetuate one of the great heritage events of Irish cycle sport.
